Veteran, retired small business owner, and Rotarian for 33 years, David brings extensive experience in construction management, budget planning and oversight in the Dallas, Texas, metroplex. He was Executive Director of the Dallas Alliance for Minority Enterprise, reporting to a 15- member board of corporate leaders for six years. Since moving to Kerrville over 20 years ago, he served as Chairman of the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library Advisory Board, treasurer of the Friends of the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library Board, member of the City of Kerrville 2050 Planning Committee (chair of the Downtown Study Group), and presently serves on the Kerrville Planning and Zoning Board.
