Kerrville, Texas (Jan. 21, 2020) - The City of Kerrville and the Heart of the Hills Heritage Center (HHHC) have entered into a prospective public/private partnership to develop the A.C. Schreiner House and its grounds on the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library campus as a local history museum.
