Happy Holidays!

It’s been over a month since Kerrville kicked off the season with the Holiday Lighted Parade. We were proud to be a part of this tradition that exemplifies the uniqueness of our community coming together to celebrate. Not only did the Heritage Center participate in the parade with a float, but several of our board members were also involved in the parade. Our board’s community involvement is strong and is echoed in their commitment to ensuring our history comes to life in the developing Heritage Center.

The rich history of celebrations in Kerr County is just one of the many stories the Heritage Center is excited to share to show our community’s willingness to put aside our differences to celebrate that there is more that unifies us than divides us. Our history is alive and ever-changing, but our commitment to presenting history from diverse perspectives is something that will always strive to do.

Happy holidays and a prosperous New Year!
